TEACHER TESTIMONIALS

It was absolutely perfect! We appreciate the experience so much and will definitely be returning!

5th Grade Teacher

The museum experience has become one of the highlights of teaching history! The students look forward to every visit because each lesson is different from the last, and the experience is always challenging and fun! As a teacher I find myself referring back to the “what we saw” in the museum as we go through the history book. The things the students see and the stories Mrs. Bynum shares stick in their minds, and they are able to make connections as they read through the text book and novels. Of course, the references to God’s hand in America’s history and on our leaders, is no doubt, the most valuable aspect of the museum experience. While God is often omitted from textbooks, it is impossible to tour the museum without seeing His hand at work. Our trips to the museum are definitely worth the time, and I look forward to them every year. I thank you and Robyn for making the museum tours such a pleasing experience.

7th Grade Teacher

I truly enjoy the trips to the museum and believe the activities and information are spot on for our third graders. Material is appropriate and fun. Thank you and Robin for the great job you are doing!

3rd Grade Teacher

I thoroughly enjoyed my class visits to the museum. The lessons were great and coordinated with what I was discussing in class. I talked to my students and the majority of them preferred visiting the museum before a unit as an introduction and then again at the end of the unit. Thank you so much for your hard work and allowing us to come. I will definitely be back next year with my 7th grade classes.

8th Grade Humanities Teacher

We had a great time in the museum with Life Science. It allowed us to apply what we learned with the Genetics lesson. I definitely want to make it an annual trip to the museum. Thanks for all that you and Robin are doing!

7th Grade Science Teacher

Both of our visits to the museum were wonderful. I enjoy coming so much and I learn something new every time I come, which leads me to say, no matter how many times students visit the museum, they will see or learn something new. I love the way the program encourages them to interact with each other as well as think for themselves. Lastly, it reinforced our learning as well as added to it. My 4th graders will be back!

4th Grade Teacher

My 2nd Grade class loves coming to the Museum. We have looked forward to it each time that we have been. Robyn does such a great job! Meet the Presidents is a great tour for our age group. The activity is very thought out and well designed. We will continue to come year after year. Thanks for what you do!

Thank you again for a wonderful visit today! The children had a great time and the teachers too. I was very impressed with our guide and the way she related to the children. The museum is a real treasure and I am thankful for this preservation of our country’s history and the beautiful way our Christian heritage is woven through it. Many blessings to you and your staff. Hope to visit again soon!
